Optico is a condensed geometric sans-serif font usable at small sizes. Meant for industrial applications like labels, warning signs, metal signs and schematics and blueprints.
This is an animated opening for Mindhunter the Netflix show. I made an alternate Wordmark for the show with my own style and theme for the animation. I decided to go with a Labyrinth theme for the opening representing the mind game at play when solving the case or delving into the mind of a killer. It’s a real cat and mouse game mentally.
A set of three design pieces about the Post Punk subgenre of music. The first is a catalogue of all the big post punk albums in chronological order, starting with Punk music in 1977 to Sonic Youth in 1995. The second is a process book about the making and producing of the Joy Division album “Unknown Pleasures.” From the start of the band to Ian Curtis’s untimely death, to the aftermath. The third is a cassette tape with Post Punk music in chronological order, separated by genre. With all this talk about Post Punk music, I thought you should hear some.
